Personal Profile
I am a
PhD candidate (3rd year graduate student) in Computer Science at
University of California, Davis. I am currently working in Prof.
Jonathan Eisen’s lab in UC Davis Genome
Center. My current project is focusing on function prediction and community
detection in large scale protein family networks. I’m trying to predict the
functions of unknown protein families based on their connections to the rest of
the members in the community.
